How is purity verified?
Each released batch is tested by an independent laboratory using HPLC. The certificate for the current lot is linked on the product page; sizes without a published certificate ship with lot-specific testing that we email on request within one business day.
What is a Certificate of Analysis and how do I read it?
It's the lab's report for one batch: identity confirmed against the reference standard, purity by HPLC as a percentage, and measured content in milligrams next to the labeled mass. Find the lot number on your vial and match it to the certificate on the product page.
What does "research use only" mean here?
Research reagents on this site are supplied for in-vitro and laboratory research by qualified purchasers. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. BiogenixMD™ products are a separate dietary-supplement line for adults.

How should I store the vials?
Sealed lyophilized vials keep well at room temperature in a cool, dark, dry place; refrigeration is optional. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8 °C. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol), available under Supplies.
What is your return and refund policy?
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost with a photo within 7 days of delivery. Because these are temperature-sensitive research reagents, opened or correctly-shipped items can't be returned. Full terms are on the policies page.
