All orders ship from Tampa, Florida. Orders are processed once your payment is received and confirmed. Paid orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
Shipping is a flat $13.99 to any US address, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders of 3 or more units ship free.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination state, per that state's tax rate. Orders shipping to Florida are always taxed, since that's where we're based; orders shipping elsewhere are taxed according to each state's own remote-seller rules.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your order number and receipt are provided automatically once payment is confirmed.
All sales are final. Our products are laboratory research reagents, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email info@vhusaproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will reship or refund it.
